I believe I can bring a lot of experience and a large skill set that will suit the majority of the staff positions available. My strengths for staffing and administrating are that I am never biased towards anyone, as I believe in equality in the workplace and for the players, I am always open for a chat no matter how big or small the issue is and i will always be happy to give advice even when people are in trouble. If there is someone i dislike I always stay professional and do not treat them any differently. My weaknesses for staffing and administrating would be that I can get very stressed at some point and leave my pc for 10 minutes to cool down.
